SHIPPING

We pride ourselves in handling your orders quickly, with most in-stock items shipping within 24 hours of ordering; however, some orders may take up to 48 hours to process. Items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day, and occasionally, some items are temporarily out-of-stock. You will be alerted to any shipping delay at the time of order. Should there be any other delay associated with your order you will be notified as soon as we are aware of the delay. We ship USPS when we can and UPS Ground as our alternative shipper. P.O. box addresses only ship via USPS

For an extra charge we can expedite the delivery of your order. For 3-day delivery add $15, for 2-day delivery add $20 to the standard shipping & handling rates listed in the chart below. If you’re really in a pinch and need an item pronto, please either call the store directly at 503-236-7777 or email us at info@cocoandtoulouse.com. We would be happy to quote you the actual cost to ship your urgent items overnight, which will depend on the weight and size of your order.

International orders

We are always excited to get international orders, and are happy to ship to any destination worldwide. Please contact us via email at info@cocoandtoulouse.com regarding international orders so we can quote you the cost of shipping your items to far-flung destinations. Note that some oversized or heavy items cannot be shipped outside the continental US. All international orders are shipped via USPS International Priority Mail and can take up to 2-3 weeks to arrive, depending on your location and time of year. International custom and import duties are the responsibility of the recipient and not included in the shipping quote.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We want you to be delighted with all of your purchases from CoCo and Toulouse! BUT…if you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you may return or exchange the item within 14 days of receipt for a full refund in the original form of payment, excluding the initial shipping cost. All items must be in un-used, original condition. Returns postmarked after 14 days of receipt of merchandise will not be accepted. Additional shipping costs may apply to an exchange order. Special orders, sale items, and perishable goods cannot be returned.

Before shipping your return back to CoCo and Toulouse, please contact us for a return authorization at returns@cocoandtoulouse.com – please provide us with your name, the items being returned, and if you’d like a return or exchange. Once you’ve received a reply from us, please ship the package to:

All return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility and we are not responsible for any damages or returns lost by the carrier of your choice. We recommend insuring your package for the full purchase amount, and using a carrier that allows you to track your package. Once we receive your items, we will send you an email notification. If everything is in its original condition, we will then process your exchange or refund. We do not refund original shipping costs. Your return will be processed within 7-10 business days. We retain the right to deny any return or exchange if it does not meet our return policy requirements.

 

PAYMENT AND ORDERING

Credit Cards
We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover and PayPal. Items are charged to your credit card when they ship.

Order Confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation number at the conclusion of your order process as well as confirmation email, including an order number and an approximate total amount to be charged.

Check Your Order Status
If you placed your order through an online account with a password, you may check the status of your order at any time simply by clicking on my account, signing in, then selecting Order History.
